Game Of Thrones Fans finally get their first look at the highly anticipated prequel series Dragon house with its first trailer presented by Matt Smith.

The HBO Max series takes place 200 years before the events of Game Of Thrones and tells the story of House Targaryen and the Targaryen Civil War known as the “Dance of the Dragons”.

The 10-episode series has been confirmed to launch in 2022, and enthusiasm for its debut is picking up after the trailer releases.

With wide shots of the coast, jousting tournaments, party scenes and of course plenty of battles, the teaser offers fans the chance to see some of the upcoming series.

It also shows Matt Smith in his role as Daemon Targaryen, sporting a white blonde hairstyle and gazing intently out to sea.

He also provides the voiceover, saying, “Gods … kings … fire … and blood. Dreams did not make us kings. Dragons did.”

Recently, the production was spotted filming on the Cornish coast, where brutal guns were photographed in huge piles on top of a cliff.

Dragon house should be just as bloodthirsty as Game Of Thrones and the trailer hints at violence as well, with fight scenes, swords and bones, and fireballs engulfing the symbol of the Targaryen family.

The cast joins The crown and Doctor Who Smith’s star for the series includes Paddy Considine as King Viserys I Targaryen, Rhys Ifans as Otto Hightower and Olivia Cooke as his daughter, Alicent Hightower.
