On Thursday, October 7, Geoffrey was found guilty of all counts, including kidnapping and assault. The Tennessee native testified in his own defense, but his words did not move a jury of his peers. 90 day fiancé viewers were able to watch the entire court process unfold on Court television as the domestic conflict incident involving Kristen Wilson has been repeated.

The incident took place in June 2019. Geoffrey and Kristen started dating in 2017, but ended their relationship the following year. Kristen spoke up to share her ordeal, telling the jury that Geoffrey ambushed her after an overnight dog walk. Geoffrey’s ex-fiancee said she pretended to be asleep after the attack. She waited for the right moment to flee from her home to a neighbor’s house to ask for help. Kristen shared that she begged and screamed, saying he was just too loud. The prosecution presented photos of Kristen with two black eyes, a bloody lip and a bruised spine. Geoffrey argued that Kristen’s injuries were self-inflicted.

A state witness revealed that Kristen came to their home scared and severely beaten. That was all the jury needed to hear in order to reach a guilty verdict. The judge revoked Geoffrey’s bail. The TLC star was handcuffed and taken to jail to await his sentencing, which was slated for December 3, 2021. Geoffrey will remain in jail until then. Upon reading the verdict, the 90 day fiancé: before 90 days The star made no noise, choosing only to bow her head in shame as the verdicts were read in full. The judge agreed with the guilty verdict and was happy to sign the case.
