Storylines
Georgia: The Bulldogs’ defense has been extinguished in every game except the loss to Alabama two weeks ago. They haven’t given up more than 280 yards or 4.18 yards per game in their first three games, and there’s no shame in being shined by Alabama. This is the anomaly, not the start of a defensive regression.
The offense is where the questions lie. Bennett couldn’t keep pace with the attack on Mac Jones and Alabama two weeks ago, but it wasn’t all on him. His wide receivers struggled to open up, which is a concern that persisted through the first four games of the season.
Kentucky: The running game has been the hallmark of the Wildcats for the past two seasons, but it has faded against Missouri.
