After heavy storms in the south-west and Saarland, the German Meteorological Service (DWD) warns of other thunderstorms Thursday and forest fires due to drought. In Baden-Württemberg, Saxony and Thuringia, thunderstorms can occur with heavy rain, hail and thunderstorms, but bad weather does not cause temperatures to drop: on Thursdays at 25 at 32 degrees hot and humid remain. Only the coastal environment makes an exception with 20 degrees and a lot of clouds. Sometimes it can also rain slightly on the North Sea.
The time of the weekend promises sunshine
On the night of Friday, we expect more clouds to rise. In the south, heavy showers and thunderstorms at low temperatures of 11 degrees are expected. The north and center of Germany, however, remain largely dry from 12 to 16 degrees.
For the weekend, the weather could still improve: according to meteorologists, Saturday should be sunnier and drier. Only on the edge of the Alps is rain and thunderstorms to be expected. Maximum values should be 24 degrees north and 30 degrees in the rest of the country.
