During a mining accident in Erzgebirge, a young miner was seriously injured. As confirmed by the police in Chemnitz, the accident occurred at night in a newly opened well in Pöhla near Schwarzenberg. According to the information of the MDR, a minor was hit by a basket on his head and suffered serious injuries. Special forces of a mining rescue service and high-altitude rescuers hid the man together on a narrow well of great depth. Previously, they needed an hour to stabilize it and load it into a rescue cage for one man.

Only a very narrow neck was available for the recovery time of the wounded. Due to serious injuries to the head of the man, the ambulance requested a night helicopter stationed in Erfurt. He transported the injured person to a special clinic in Chemnitz. In the pit, several miners were employed at the time of the accident. There are currently preparations for the future exploitation of tungsten and fluoride ores.
