The portfolio of "One Square Advisors" includes SolarWorld, Wöhrl and Beate Uhse, as well as the cable supplier from Leipzig, Primacom. In 2017, it was sold to Berlin-based TeleColumbus after five years of restructuring. After unconfirmed information, the purchase price should be around 50 million euros. The contract must be a preliminary contract because the buyer must always check the details.
