Porsche has launched the Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport for customers who like to let off steam on the racetracks. The 700 horse race model celebrates its world premiere at L.A. Autoshow.

The new Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport presented at L.A. Autoshow. The 700 hp racing version of the 911 GT2 RS road sports car is limited to 200 pieces and can be used at sporting events in clubs as well as some sporting events.
The technology of the racing car is based on the 911 GT2 RS. In addition, the new club sport model carries a 3.8-six-cylinder boxer engine with dual turbocharger at the rear. The power of the rear engine is transmitted to the rear wheels of a width of 310 millimeters by means of a seven-speed dual clutch gearbox (PDK) with a rigid suspension.
The pallets sit on the steering wheel. The carbon steering wheel and underlying color screen of the 911 GT2 RS Clubsport come from the 911 GT3 R, model year 2019. A solid safety cage ensures maximum safety badociated with a racing seat and seat belts at six points. An air conditioning system ensures optimum internal cooling.
Commandable from 405 000 euros plus taxes
On the front axle, six-piston aluminum one-piece racing calipers, combined with 390-mm diameter, internally ventilated steel brake discs, guarantee adequate deceleration values. Four-piston calipers and 380-millimeter discs are installed on the rear axle.
Like the legally approved 911 GT2 RS on the road, the 1,390-kilogram club sport variant features the PSM Drive Stability System including traction control and ABS. The driver badistance systems can be set separately or completely disabled using a map switch located on the center console, depending on the driving situation.
The new Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport can now be ordered for € 405,000 plus tax. Customers will receive their vehicles from May 2019 as part of exclusive delivery events.
