Fourteen cars in total, including two group cars, are waiting on track 14. For four hours, a waiting line of 150 meters long has arrived in the station hall. The organizers of the federation of supporters have planned numerous security checks for fans of RB already present in Leipzig.
Tired but patient, the fans let the procedure go. From time to time, some cries of battle resound in the station. Beer cans in luggage – glbad bottles are forbidden – remain largely intact. Coffee is the drink of the hour. To save time, the various fan clubs were awarded cars in the first international special train of RB before departure. Nevertheless, individual enthusiasts seek a proper seat until shortly before departure – the only start-up difficulties that are clearly manageable that day.
6.32 clock launches the special train under "Now it's off" the station calls. Next stop: Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. Through the speakers of the train, the route is given: "We continue today!"
