An underground tragedy in Thailand: Elon Musk insults divers as pedophiles and shows remorse

[ad_1]

Chiang Rai –

The whole world was excited when brave divers rescued the twelve boys and coached them from a cave in Thailand.

And he also wanted to help: the American billionaire Elon Musk. He wanted to make his mini-submarine available to help the rescuers, but he won a lot of ridicule for the high-tech toy. Subsequently Musk reprimanded one of the divers via Twitter with nasty words.

With this mini-submarine, entrepreneur Elon Musk wanted to get the boys trapped out of the cave

"It was just a prank gag. Elon Musk "

" He may "British rescue diver Vern Unsworth told the American news channel CNN that Musk's plans were known. Unsworth has known the cave for years and has helped save the boys.

He says the billionaire's bid was just a publicity stunt and would not have helped a bit. "There was absolutely no chance that it would work," said the diver. "He had no idea what the cave looked like."

"I'm sorry, pedophile type"

The reason: The submarine was about 1.70 meters long – far too big to bend and avoid obstacles in the narrow cave. Musk would not have walked 50 meters.

Musk broke the necklace. On Sunday, he tweeted that he was going to make a video of how he runs the submarine in the cave. "Sorry, pedophile guy, you really begged him," he added later in a comment

Meanwhile, Musk removed the tweet and apologized to the diver. In the end, he also went without a submarine: The last of a total of three highly dangerous missions had to 10.08 local time last Tuesday (5.08 CEST clock). 19 special divers, many of them foreigners, have made their way into the depths. And saved all those trapped.

In recent days, the area around Tham Luang-Khun Nam Nang Cave in Chiang Rai Province has remained dry. But that can change at any time. At the age of eleven to sixteen and their 25-year-old caregiver, the boys were not yet trained enough to dive. Because the twisted troglodytes have a lot of tricks and bottlenecks, which also poses professional problems to the professionals. And the mbades of water have, like a siphon, wells. To go out again, they should pbad these sinks diving

+++ Suckling mouse and miserable hygienic conditions +++

In addition, the oxygen content in the room visited by teenagers is decreasing steadily – done contrary to the mental and physical charge of the trapped person. And the more water that flows into the cave, the worse is the visibility due to swirling deposits for divers who currently provide the bare necessities for the closed group.

The situation becomes more and more tense. Especially as the hygiene conditions in the cave are pitiful: Everyone in the group must relieve themselves in the slightest space, bacteria, viruses and fungi can spread easily. According to The Nation newspaper, two of the teens and their trainer already show signs of infection.

If the situation deteriorated dramatically, the emergency services would intervene immediately, he said.

+++ Wbaderstand sinkt leicht +++
