The city has created three points of contact for the people concerned: The Mudra barracks at Kölner Straße 262 in Westhoven and the Special School on Alter Mühlenweg 2 in Deutz. A third rallying point is opened in the city later in the evening: Städtische Realschule Köln-Deutz, Im Hasental 41. Residents can contact any of them. They are provided with drinks and snacks there.
