Rain, wind and thunderstorms make the long weekend of Pentecost a shared pleasure. "Ivan" thoroughly swirls the summer weather clean – and prevents forecasters from predicting the days ahead.

The middle of summer has reached Germany – but the next cooling is already approaching. Dominik Jung, a meteorologist with the weather portal "wetter.net", warns: "The weather can be very dangerous: hail, heavy rain and storm gusts, and even the formation of tornadoes is not excluded again. "

It's raining the most in the southwest. Maximum values are in the west between 19 and 24 degrees, in the east between 25 and 30 degrees.
Regarding the coming week, the meteorologist Jung said: "Apparently, the cold of the sheep will be greeted punctually, at least in the west, it will be cool." The heat wave will cross eastern Germany and will only affect the far east of the country.

- Friday: 20 to 30 degrees, first friendly, then west
- Saturday: 16 to 23 degrees, after Ivan much colder, friendly
- Sunday: 18 to 28 degrees, hot in the east, if not cooler, mix of sun and clouds
- on Monday: 19 to 30 degrees, hot in the east, otherwise much cooler and thunderstorms and showers
- Tuesday: 13 to 27 degrees, cool to the west, warm to the east, rainy weather
- Wednesday: 14 to 28 degrees, summer in the east, cool in the west
