US President Donald Trump pardoned two pastoralists whose conviction two and a half years ago provoked mbadive protests from an anti-government militia. The White House has described the arson incidents as "inconvenient" for 76-year-old Dwight Hammond and his 49-year-old son, Steven Hammond.
