Drafting "NSU 2.0": new threats against the victim's lawyer

After representing the victims in the NSU process, lawyer Basay-Yildiz was threatened. The trail led to the Hesse police. A new letter has now been issued – again signed with "NSU 2.0".

Seda Basay-Yildiz, a lawyer from Frankfurt based in Turkey, was again threatened. According to a report by the "Süddeutsche Zeitung", she received a Drohfax, signed with "NSU 2.0". With these words already finished a letter that reached the lawyer months ago. Strangers had threatened to "mbadacre" their little girl, named by name and address.

The investigation had revealed that her registration address had been retrieved by a policewoman from Frankfurt. Against them and other officials is determined.

Drohfax refers to surveys

The new letter mentions the names of Basay-Yildiz's parents, her husband and daughter. They are all registered at their address. "You can not learn about social networks like this," said the lawyer of "SZ". "My father is 79 years old, he is not active on Facebook or anywhere else."

According to the report, the new fax refers to the suspension of officials and the daughter of the lawyer is again threatened. "Brain bullshit obviously ignores what you did to our fellow police officer!"

The "SZ" reported that the police should have offered Basay-Yildiz to obtain a firearms license for them. "I am supposed to arm – in Germany, just to exercise my profession as a lawyer?", Said the newspaper's attorney.

The lawyer represented the victims of the NSU

Since the announcement of the lawyer in August 2018, the police are investigating. She discovered that general information about the lawyer had been requested from the police information system from a computer belonging to a first district official in Frankfurt am Main. During new investigations, an alleged focus group with Frankfurt police, made up of right-wing extremist groups, was discovered. Six officials were suspended from the service. Until now, they have given no information.

Basay-Yildiz had represented the process of defending the victims of the right, the "illegal nationalists" (NSU).
