Audi introduced its e-tron GT electric coupe concept at the Los Angeles Motorshow. The four-door will arrive on the market in 2020 and will then bring 434 kW on the road. The lithium-ion battery of 90 kWh must ensure a range of 400 km. 30% of it should result from recovery.

The electric car is equipped with an 800-volt system. 20 minutes should be enough to recharge the battery to 80% of its capacity, that is to say to achieve a range of more than 320 km.

The Audi electric car measures 4.96 meters long, 1.96 meters wide and 1.38 meters high with a wheelbase of 2.90 meters. It should accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in about 3.5 seconds and in just over 12 seconds to 200 km / h. The maximum speed must be set to 240 km / h.

The technology of the car was developed with Porsche. The roof is carbon, the light components are aluminum. At the rear can accommodate 450 liters of luggage, under the hood there is room for another 100 liters.

Audi wants to put on the market twelve pure electric powered cars until 2025, 2019 should appear the Audi e-tron Sportback. The company plans to make about a third of its sales with electrified models.
