The case of a young woman who, according to her, had been dragged into a yard on the way home by two strangers on October 28, used the criminal investigation department for several days. The witnesses were questioned, a public search was announced – without result. But now, the woman is surprised with new information. She admitted to having invented the act.

It had happened before: on the morning of October 28, a young woman had reported to the police that she had recently been a victim of badual badault. She was returning home from a bar in Garmisch-Partenkirchen when she was approached by two strangers and dragged into an unenlightened courtyard.

In the end, she managed to break free and flee. Immediately, the police started a search – and found nothing. As it becomes clear now, it is not surprising either. The Kriminaldauerdienst of Kripo Weilheim and the political police Kriminal Garmisch-Partenkirchen have resumed the night investigation.

21 years has a fictitious act – and had their reasons

Soon, the investigators doubted the credibility of the events described. As the process progressed, these doubts were corroborated by exams. Finally, the young man of 21 admitted a few days ago, at a new hearing by investigators of Kripo Garmisch-Partenkirchen, to have invented the act freely.

To motivate her actions, she revealed herself to the criminal police. However, as this is now the subject of further investigations and that it has not yet been verified, no information can be given at this time. Because of the feint of a crime, the 21-year-old will now have to answer for his actions.

Police continue to search for the alleged perpetrators and hope to obtain evidence from the public (offender description below). Until now, there is no usable information. The investigation is continuing.

The wounded could finally escape and flee. The crime scene is located in Zugspitzstraße, near the two petrol stations. A search immediately initiated with several police patrols, also surrounding departments, was not conclusive.

The Kriminaldauerdienst of the Kriminalpolizei Weilheim has taken over the torch in cooperation with the Kriminalpolizeistation Garmisch-Partenkirchen still in the night investigations.

Another bad story happened in Munich. A 15-year-old girl was probably raped by six men in an apartment in Munich.

The young woman describes the authors as follows:

1st offender: about 30 years, about 180 cm tall, lean silhouette, phenotype of Western Europe. This man wore a black hooded anorak and black sneakers.

2nd offender: about 30 years, about 180 cm tall, lean silhouette, 3-day beard, phenotype of Western Europe, speaks high German. He also wore a black hooded anorak.

The police are now asking for witnesses. Who has before, during or after 01:30 AM Zone makes suspicious perceptions? Who saw the victim later on the path between the bar and the crime scene? Who else can provide information about the perpetrators or the act?
