The death of the "celebrity" in Tiergarten continues: after the death of Gorilla Fritz, Dolphin Moby and the two lions, the next kidnapper of the crowd, the giraffe "Lilli", died. She had to be euthanized.

The ungulate 19-year-old has had a malposition of the right hind paw since birth. Thanks to veterinary training and careful hoof care, veterinarians and caregivers were able to partially correct the deformity. Lilli handled her disability very well. But over the last few months, the misalignment has deteriorated so badly that the giraffe could hardly have occurred.

The treatment of pain has not started. Therefore, the Tiergarten decided to release the Cloven Hoe from his pain and kill him. At the age of 19, Lilli was the third oldest of the 99 cross-eyed giraffes in European zoos.
