After the violent death of a 16-year-old teenager in Wenden in the Sauerland, the prosecutor wants to let the only 14-year-old suspects submit to a psychiatric examination. An expert should clarify the responsibilities of the teenager, said Siegener's prosecutor, Rainer Hoppmann.

The teenager had confessed to strangling her clbadmate near the campus during a feud. During an interrogation, he had stated that he wished to have a relationship with the victim.
