The dismissal is surprising to the extent that Beyer's employment relationship should have ended at the end of the year. However, President Michael Stoschek's officials prematurely stopped the case and kicked out Beyer, 47, who will become a big Franconian company, according to media reports.

The badociation's statement also indicates that only the continued financial support of billionaire Stoschek and the Brose group can prevent impending insolvency.
