The pupil of a special school in Bornaer was not as usual while he was returning home after disembarking from the Frohburg school, he remained in the bus.
The bus driver apparently had not checked his vehicle when parking in the "Thüsac" premises in Geithain against 5 pm, the boy neglected and trapped during the night. For hours, the kid must persevere on the bus.
The boy's mother finally reported her child to the police as missing. The officers began a great manhunt, sought after midnight by Jason Dean's advertisement.
In the morning finally the long-awaited message. A spokesman for the police said: "A colleague found the boy around 19:15 on the bus." He was too cold, but hey.
Why did not Jason leave the bus as usual – that he fell asleep or hid – not yet clarified. The boy is considered very shy. Criminal suspicion is excluded by the officials.
"We and especially our driver regret very much this incident," Tatjana Bonert (37), CEO of Thüsac, told BILD on Wednesday. "In fact, drivers check the bus after the trip, search for lost items, etc. Unfortunately, this did not happen in this case and the exact circumstances are now examined."
The company now wants to interview employees and contact Jason Dean's family. juh
