After the attack on protesters, an employee of French President Emmanuel Macron must be presented to a coroner. The security chief, Alexandre Benalla, was questioned Sunday on the possible opening of a preliminary investigation, announced Saturday the Paris prosecutor's office. Also four other suspects in the case, including three police officers, should therefore be presented to an investigating judge on Sunday. The police custody of the five men was canceled on Saturday night, prosecutors said.
