On the German-Czech border, a man's body was found. The police do not exclude a homicide offense. The identity of the dead is still not clear.
In the border area between the Upper Palatinate and the Czech Republic, a male body was found. After the announcement on Tuesday, the police said that the man had been a victim of a violent crime. The bare body of this man aged about 70 was found last Sunday in a forest near the path "Schwarzenberg Schwemmkbad" and shortly before the Czech village Nová Pec.
The identity of the dead is still not clear, but the police do not rule out that it is a German. The autopsy revealed that the man had a partial hip prosthesis and an operation of the heart.
