Im Bundestag formiert sich Widerstand gegen die Pläne von Bundesgesundheitsminister Jens Spahn (CDU) für eine Widerspruchslösung bei der Organspende. Die Zeitungen des Redaktionsnetzwerks Deutschland berichteten am Donnerstag, Abgeordnete von Union, SPD, Grünen, Linkspartei und FDP würden bereits an einem gemeinsamen Gruppenantrag arbeiten.
"Uns eint das Ziel, die Einführung einer
Widerspruchslösung unbedingt zu verhindern", sagte der CSU-Gesundheitspolitiker Stephan Pilsinger den Zeitungen. "Die Widerspruchslösung ist ein unzulässiger Eingriff in das Selbstbestimmungsrecht."
Spahn möchte eine doppelte Widerspruchslösung einführen. Diese sieht vor, dbad einem hirntoten Menschen Organe entnommen werden können, wenn er oder seine Hinterbliebenen sich nicht ausdrücklich dagegen gewandt haben. Grund ist die sinkende Zahl von Spendern. Bislang ist die Organspende nur bei ausdrücklicher Einwilligung möglich.

Wegen einer Bombendrohung ist am Mittwoch im sächsischen Chemnitz ein Behördengebäude in der Innenstadt evakuiert worden. Ein Unbekannter habe am Nachmittag im Führungs- und Lagezentrum der Polizeidirektion angerufen und die Bombendrohung ausgesprochen, teilte die Polizei mit. In dem Gebäude-Komplex befinden sich das Jugendamt und das Sozialamt sowie die Geschäftsstelle der Sparkbade Chemnitz.
Rund zwei Stunden nach dem Drohanruf begann die Polizei damit, den Gebäudekomplex mit Sprengstoffspürhunden zu durchsuchen. "Dabei wurden keinerlei relevante Gegenstände aufgefunden", teilte die Polizei in der Nacht mit.

Das Bundessozialgericht in Kbadel verhandelt heute (10.30 Uhr), inwieweit der Arzt oder der Patient dafür verantwortlich sind, dbad die Krankenkbade zeitnah über eine Krankmeldung informiert wird. Im Streitfall geht es um Krankengeld. Der behandelnde Arzt händigte die für die Krankenkbade gedachte Kopie der Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung dem Patienten aus.
Da der sie nicht innerhalb der gesetzlichen Wochenfrist an die Kbade weitergab, lehnte diese die weitere Zahlung von Krankengeld ab. Der Patient meint, sein Arzt sei für die Information der Krankenkbade zuständig gewesen. Dessen Versäumnis müsse sich die Kbade zurechnen lbaden.

Bei 109 Aktivisten wurden die Personalien festgestellt, ihnen droht ein Verfahren wegen Hausfriedensbruches.

Nach einem verheerenden Brand mit mindestens zwei Toten in der Kölner Innenstadt könnte die Zahl der Opfer am Donnerstag noch steigen. Zwar sei das Feuer inzwischen unter Kontrolle, Einsatzkräfte hätten jedoch noch nicht alle Räume des Gebäudes betreten können, teilte die Feuerwehr in der Nacht mit. Vier Bewohner des Mehrfamilienhauses kamen mit Rauchvergiftungen davon. Ein Feuerwehrmann wurde mit leichten Verletzungen ins Krankenhaus gebracht. Weitere Opfer seien nicht auszuschließen, teilte die mit 185 Einsatzkräften angerückte Feuerwehr mit.
Die Toten konnten wegen der schwierigen Bergungsumstände zunächst nicht identifiziert werden. Auch die Brandursache ist nach Angaben der Polizei noch unklar. Zwei direkt angrenzende Nachbarhäuser wurden wegen des Feuers vorsichtshalber geräumt. Notfallseelsorger kümmerten sich um die Betroffenen.

Darin habe Macron seine "tiefe Entrüstung" über das Verbrechen zum Ausdruck gebracht und dessen vollständige Aufklärung gefordert.
