SEK is looking for apartments in Neukölln
In the morning, police stormed several apartments in Neukölln. The reason should be violations of the weapons law.
Berlin. Berlin police raided Thursday morning in Berlin-Neukölln around 6 am in several houses. On the way to the airport, there is talk of a possible violation of the weapons law, said a spokeswoman for the police.
Once deployed, however, the forces make no discovery. Also no one was arrested.
The research was linked to an ongoing investigation. A Special Operations Command (SEK) of the State Criminal Police Office also participated in the operation. The Berlin prosecutor issued a search warrant.
The second mission took place at the Michael Bean Ring. Additional information was not yet known. According to the police, the two searches are unrelated. Details should be announced during the morning.
