Violation of the 50 + 1 rule
The Bundesliga club, Hannover 96, weakens its members on the path of privatization with schemes. Therefore, even the forced descent could now threaten.

HANNOVER taz | The Hannover 96 football club threatens the descent of the first Bundesliga. It is not only the sports misery that is responsible – Hanover overlooking the relegation venue 16 – but also apparently the 96-headed Martin Kind club policy.
the Sport photo reported that the badociation is threatened with a "double digit registration point deduction" due to a change in laws as the new regulation violates the 50 + 1 rule. The Bundesliga license for the coming season is in danger.
The 50 + 1 rule stipulates that the parent club must hold more than half of the club's professional football share to allow its members to give its opinion. Martin Kind wants to reach an exception to this rule and open Hannover 96 to the influence of investors. On the other hand, fight in the members of the club of Hanover.
Hanover 96 has a fairly complicated corporate network. Until now, the club owns 100% of Hannover 96 Management GmbH and can also appoint the managing director of the professional division of Hannover 96, outsourced organization.
50 + 1 canceled de facto
The amendment of the statutes deprives the CEO and gives more powers to the Supervisory Board, under the responsibility of the investors and Martin Kind. The community of interest of Pro Club 1896 criticized this fact for canceling the 50 + 1 rule.
The German Football League (DFL), which has been informed of the changes to the statutes through media reports, does not want to know if Hanover threatens to deduct 96 points and possibly give in. A spokesman refers to a brief statement from October: the DFL is being held in Hanover in exchange.
We know that the DFL criticizes Kind's efforts. In July, the badociation rejected an application for exemption from Hanover, 96 because the child did not fund the club "significantly" financially. Kind is therefore moved to an internal arbitration tribunal of the LDF. The decision is pending.
Child drives against the wall
The amendment of the law pushed the child in parallel. If it violates the rules, a deduction of points or a fine would theoretically be possible. The DFL also checks, before the beginning of each season, if the clubs fulfill all the conditions to obtain a license, which includes 50 + 1.
If 96 does not resume his status changes, the club could risk his license. Because even in the third division, neither the 50 + 1 rule applies, it would mean the descent into the field of amateurs. It is more likely, however, that 96 people will be asked to correct the laws first.
The badociation adheres to his line: the change is based on the rules of the LDF, he says in a statement. "The goal is the stability and preservation of the substance of Hanover 96."
"It now depends on Martin Kind, if he lets it all go against the wall," says Pro Club's Robin Krakau. The boss of the club should change the status again: "Otherwise, he risks the professional football of Hannover 96."
