Under the hood, the car looks a lot like the Taycan Porsche – which is not surprising: finally, the Audi is on the same flat pedestal, which has developed the sister company of the VW group for its first electric sports car . Of course, the view under the shutter was that of Vorabvisite in a logistics hall in Ingolstadt, outside the Audi factory, which the chosen eyes also refused, who were allowed to visit the car in the strictest secret. The 590 hp, which should catapult the car in 3.5 seconds at 100 km / h, are not yet experienced. The range should be more than 400 kilometers. The car in the design phase is not yet ready for production. Construction work on the Böllinger Höfe production site will begin during the Christmas holidays.

Interior without animal origin materials

At the secret preview, Marc Lichte, the boss of Audi Design, is nothing like a coincidence. After all, it will be marketed by the RS Audi Sport. Only: what place does it leave for the bigger of the two cuts, which will occur a few months later in Neckarsulm in the group's mbad production? Who will be back on another platform? This answer must first be found by the strategists produced.

The interior of the Audi E-Tron GT attests to a high level of functionality, coupled with an appearance of the highest quality. The handmade exhibition vehicle is indeed perfectly finished. The fact that it does not require any animal material and therefore it is a true vegan also shows the target group targeted by Audi. The floor mats are even made from used fishing nets. "An incomparable Audi DNA", as we call it in Ingolstadt, must become a mix of modernity and durability.
