William and Kate commemorate the victims of the accident

Prince William, 36, and Duchess Kate, 36, mourned the victims of the October 27, 2018 helicopter accident near King Power Stadium during their visit to Leicester Wednesday.

The helicopter disaster killed five people in total. Together with the family of the late owner of the Leicester City football club, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, the couple laid flowers at the scene of the crash.

Prince William has transmitted very personal words

The football lover Prince William – recently met with Mezut Özil – who is also president of the Football Association (FA), had known Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha especially for many years. He has therefore transmitted particularly personal words to his wife Kate.

Then Prince William: "In Vichai and to all those who died in this terrible tragedy, we miss you very much. " In addition, the prince shares his compbadion for the entire city of Leicester.
