"I am the happiest human being on the planet" she added.
Egbunuche, who suffers from health problems, including diabetes and vision problems, is currently hospitalized for observation, but is worried about what will happen to him later.
Her daughter says that she can not afford to take care of him.
While he was in prison, his son Paul, who was also imprisoned for the same murder, was taking care of him.
He has not been pardoned and remains in prison.
The state government that pardoned Egbunuche has been replaced by a new administration and it is unclear whether they will offer it or not badistance.
