12. Sometimes they are wrong
Like all professionals, gym instructors do the best job possible based on the information they have. Sometimes it turns out that their information is incorrect or out of date. A better way to lift an object or get a specific result could ruin your routine. So, do not take it personally if your coach asks you to do something in a new and different way. It does not mean that you are doing something wrong. It simply means that they have found a better way to do it so that you can achieve the desired results.
