3. It's sad not to work outside the gym
Personal trainers are satisfied with their work when their client succeeds. So it's disappointing to spend only time during your workouts. Eating what you want and never exercising outside the gym will not help you achieve your goals. Although your coach wants you to continue to attend the sessions, it becomes frustrating to never progress. A little effort outside the gym can go a long way.
