The Democratic People's Party (PDP) said members of the presidency and prominent members of the All Progressive Congress, APC, were working for its candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
The national advertising secretary of the main opposition party, Kola Ologbondiyan, told reporters in Abuja that the PDP is very optimistic and that he is about to win the presidential and other elections in the country .
He accused the government of President Muhammadu Buhari of not having completed his program in three points of improving the economy, fighting corruption and insurgency.
According to him, "President Muhammadu Buhari has not kept his promises in three points to revive the economy, fight the insurgency and fight against corruption.
"Rather than improve the strength of the economy entrusted to him by President Goodluck Jonathan, President Buhari, out of sheer incompetence, pushed the economy into the woods.
"Life, in all respects, has become miserable.
"For this reason alone, the majority of Nigerians will reject President Buhari in the elections that will take place on February 16th.
"In the field of the fight against the insurgency, President Buhari has failed miserably to the point that even the inhabitants of his country of origin are fleeing to the Republic of Niger.
"In the fight against corruption, all you have to do is look around you, Mr. President, and the picture you will find will show if, in truth, President Muhammadu Buhari fought the corruption.
"If you add these factors to the number of Nigerians who have abandoned the APC ship, including those who will work for the people's candidate, Atiku Abubakar, Buhari presidency and the APC, you will agree with me that we are winning and we will put Nigeria back to work. "
