2019 Oscars Guild Award Score Card: "Roma" wins DGA

[ad_1]

Six of 13 guilds have now chosen their choice of the year. On February 2, it was the turn of the directors ("Roma" helmer Alfonso Cuaron won the prize) and the artistic directors ("The Favorite" won the prize of the period, "Black Panther" received the Fantasy Prize and "Crazy Rich Asians" won the contemporary honor).

Before the final vote at the Oscars, which will begin on February 12, we will also hear visual effects badistants (February 5) and objectives (February 9). Four other groups – makeup artists and hairdressers, sound mixers, sound editors and sound editors – have their say over the eight days of voting for the Oscars. And the costume designers announce their winners a few hours after the closing of the Academy Awards vote on February 20th.

"Green Book" has already won three of the six groups: actors, casting directors and producers. With their success at the ADG, "Black Panther" and "The Favorite" are now tied with "Bohemian Rhapsody" twice. as detailed below. And "Roma" participated in this victory of the DGA.
