The episode of Raw last week followed the PPV of Elimination Chamber. Even though pay-per-view was a solid event from start to finish, it's not the same for Raw.
The episode had no real plot and did nothing to build WrestleMania. While the beginning of some NXT superstars has been a fun night for some fans, playing them in meaningless games instead of talking more about their character and reinforcing their personality does nothing for them.
There was no Brock Lesnar to promote his match with Seth Rollins, and their match seemed to be an afterthought because of the intensity of the quarrel between Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch.
Lynch striker Flair and Rousey, but most people listened to Raw to see if the story would progress, but the absence of Lynch or Flair led to fans listening mbad after the first hour.
This week, WWE announces the return of Roman Reigns and will celebrate Ric Flair's 70th birthday. In addition, Brock Lesnar will probably be present since PWInsider announced the news a few weeks ago.
The series seems in good shape, but what does the WWE reserve for us in this upcoming episode? Here are the three most important things that the WWE could plan for Monday Night RAW.
# 3 – Dean Ambrose and Braun Strowman team up
In case you missed it, Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre again teamed up to join forces against Braun Strowman at the Elimination Chamber event.
Strowman tried hard, the three men in the hut were too difficult to handle. The following night on Raw, a strangled Strowman pitted Baron Corbin against a face-to-face match while Dean Ambrose took care of Drew McIntyre.
Since the announcement of Dean Ambrose's release from WWE after the expiry of his contract, his character has changed. He's been booked as a babyface for the last three weeks or so and going against Drew McIntyre says he could team up with Strowman to level the playing field.
Let's hope that when the smoke clears, it will turn out that this Ambrose debacle is a work, and if it's not the case, these mini-quarrels will be a good way for him to get out.
