Project 100; a campaign sponsored by the non-governmental organization Kokrokoo Charities Foundation made another donation to six hospitals in the northern regions.
The Kokrokoo Charities team embarked on a trip to Ghana's three regions: the North, Upper East, and Upper West regions to distribute 10 incubators to help reduce the number of neonatal deaths among babies born before term in the facilities.
In handing over the incubators, Sefa Kayi said the initiative was a way to give back to society by bringing smiles and joy to the mothers of premature babies.
Dr. David Kolbilla, Executive Director of Tamale University Hospital, thanked the donors for this gesture.
Other hospitals that have received a similar gesture from the foundation are Nadowli District Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital in Jirapa in Western Western Region, Bolgatanga Government Hospital and Hospital. district of Bongo.
