The 7 year old boy who was burned by his own father
Mr. Edward Boafo, a cruel 33-year-old, burned the feet of his 7-year-old son, Kwame Boafo, for allegedly eating the family stew.
The district court of Assin Fosu, presided over by his cult, Samuel Djanie Kotey, took the suspect into custody and returned him to court on March 19, 2019.
The police prosecutor, Inspector Gilbert Ayongo, told the court that on Thursday, February 14, 2019, Mr. Boafo had returned from work to find that the stew that was to be eaten by the family had been eaten.
As a result, he suspected his seven-year-old son of committing the "crime", but the boy denied eating the stew.
The prosecutor said that the man then burned his son's leg in the hope that the boy could tell the truth, but without knowing it, he burned his feet.
The boy is currently under the care of the welfare department of Assin Fosu.
