Arsenal supporters were questioned about the duration of Carl Jenkinson's contract, after the Gunners confirmed their list of successful candidates and published Friday night.
The Gunners confirmed that Danny Welbeck, Petr Cech, Stephan Lichtsteiner and Aaron Ramsey would leave the Emirates at the end of the month, after a brief statement thanking them for the service provided.
But the Gunners fans quickly turned to those who stayed in the club, many wondering how long Jenkinson had left with his current contract.
The defender was loaned to West Ham for the 2014/15 season, before returning to the Hammers for another loan the following season.
The back-end was then loaned to Birmingham City in the 2017/18 campaign, before playing his first game with the Gunners in 830 days in their 5-1 win over Bournemouth in February.
And although it seems that many people think that the 27-year contract was concluded this summer, the northern part of London has not confirmed his name on the list, causing a frenzy in social media.
