Sebastien Haller, the striker of Eintracht Frankfurt, is about to travel to London to undergo a medical checkup before heading to West Ham, the Bundesliga club said.
Aged 25, he scored 20 goals in 41 games last season and should now join the Hammers.

Eintracht confirmed this news on his Twitter feed Tuesday morning by posting: "Eintracht and @WestHamUtd have agreed to a transfer agreement from @HallerSeb.

Haller, who would have been interesting Man Utd, played 75 times for Frankfurt during his two seasons at the club, ambading 32 goals in 75 appearances.
He also had a successful spell at FC Utrecht, where he found the back of the net 51 times in 98 games with the Netherlands.

Haller, who scored the first penalty in the Europa League semi-final loss to Eintracht against Chelsea last season, now looks set to complete his transfer to the London Stadium.
West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini admitted that the club needed to strengthen its offensive options before the start of the new season.
