Ho, July 27, GNA – The Selection Committee
the National Democratic Congress (NDC) approved 60 parliamentary candidates
to participate in the next party primaries in the Volta region.

Ahado, aspirants from the constituencies of Keta and North Tongu respectively, were
disqualified by the committee chaired by Mr. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, National Director
Party chairman.
The Committee also approved
Mrs. Rebecca Agbogah, an aspirant from the Adaklu constituency waiting.
Mr. Ampofo told the media at the end of the day
the exercise, that Madam Agbogah's approval was suspended after the receipt of
certain information, and that checks would be carried out to determine its approval
or disqualification.
