The group, named Disco Dogs, kept its identity hidden by not speaking at the time of their introduction.
The rowdy routine ended with a shower of confetti and a standing ovation from the audience.
Judging the hearing, unaware who was behind the costumes, Simon said, "That's the kind of thing my son Eric would like."
