Each of the lab's unique rugged computers has 30 educational software programs for elementary and junior high schools that facilitate science, technology, English and mathematics education.

TECHAiDE has also purchased and installed its latest innovative technology, "ASANKA", which provides free access to educational content using any Wi-Fi enabled device, such as a phone, tablet, tablet or tablet. laptop or computer with a wireless card.

The current version of ASANKA installed on computers contains more than 500 educational books, videos, questions on the certificate of basic education, all questions from 2010 to 2018.

Hajia Samira Bawumia said that ICTs continue to play an important role in providing services that achieve the broad socio-economic goals of education, health, employment and development. social.

She said that many children living in disadvantaged areas of Ghana had little or no access to ICTs due to lack of infrastructure and lack of trained staff.

In response, Dr. Rose said that for his love of computer literacy programs, programs had initiated and coordinated funding for the project to improve teaching and learning. ICTs.

She said the efforts to set up these model laboratories began with a mandate from the Ghana Ministry of Education, which was to educate young people in new areas of ICT.

Dr. Rose stated that the philosophy of US education encompbades general liberal arts education, encompbading the humanities, social and natural sciences, rather than strictly technical or pre-professional training and that this would be the best preparation for becoming citizens of the world. .
