Mohamed Salah names the only man he would like to play with in Liverpool

Mohamed Salah admitted that he would like to play alongside his former teammate Roma, Daniele De Rossi, in Liverpool.

The Italian midfielder said goodbye to Stadio Olimpico on Sunday after Rome's 2-1 win over Parma.

De Rossi spent his entire career playing for Roma, but at age 36, he decided to call himself one day and evaluate his options elsewhere.

The Italian shed tears alongside Roma fans as he waved him goodbye this weekend after his 616th participation in the club.

Francesco Totti, who also spent his entire career playing for Roma before retiring two years ago, embraced the legend of his other club in the field after the match.

De Rossi has not yet announced what he was going to do.

According to reports, the Italian plans to move to South America to represent Boca Juniors.

Argentine sports director Nicolas Burdisso thinks the 36-year-old is pbadionate about change.

But former teammate De Rossi, Salah, suggested a transfer in a different direction – to the UK to join him in the Premier League.

The Liverpool striker told Gianluca Di Marzio: "He is a legend of the club and Italian football, not just because he is a great friend of mine.

"A future for him in the Premier League? It would be beautiful, but I do not know if it is possible.It would be a pleasure for me to play again with him, he is an optimal player."
