CEO of Afro Arab Group pledges to support Bright Addae Foundation
Business magnate Alhaji Salamu Adamu has shown his support for Bright Addae, a former U-20 World Cup winner, and his Bright Addae Foundation for Good Works.
The Bright Addae Foundation was founded in 2016 by the former black satellite player, who now works as a footballer with Italian Serie B club Ascoli Calcio FC.
One of the goals of the foundation is to help street children, the elderly, widowers and widows and bright but needy students.
Addae also supervises the talents of the football faces difficulties to realize their potential and allow them to realize their dreams of footballers.
The Executive Chairman of the Afro-Arab Business Group applauded Bright Addae for his courtesy visit during a familiarization tour.
He also presented a replica of the Foundation's jersey to the esteemed businessman.
Alhaji Salamu, a philanthropist on his side, promised to join the Bright Addae Foundation.
He said, "My doors are always open for you and the foundation, I will help you to defend the vision of your foundation".
The President, as he is fondly called, congratulated Bright Addae for an initiative of this magnitude and badured the foundation.
"We are all from disadvantaged communities so we must do the little things we can to help others and make them smile." He added.
He also advised young people, especially those in the Zongo communities, to give up activities that tend to be "tagged" with bad names, but that should instead work hard "to make poverty history."
Bright Addae also expressed his deep gratitude to the Executive Chairman of the Afro-Arab Group of Companies for being committed to helping to realize the Foundation's vision and purpose.
