Papa Kwesi Nduom, President and President of the Nduom Group (GN), has ordered Gold Coast Fund Management (GCFM) to go to court to recover investment funds and pay the injured clients for their blocked investments.

He also asked the company to make available to the media and all their offices the list of all those who owe Gold Coast and GN Savings and made no effort to repay their funds.

He urged financial regulators to intervene with government agencies, also without achieving the desired results, according to the newspaper Today.

Dissatisfied Gold Coast Fund Management customers have protested against Nduom Group companies to claim their blocked money.

Clients called on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the government to intervene and recover their investments.

Dissatisfied customers said that the group's chairman of the financial institution, Papa Kwesi Nduom, had deliberately decided and refused to repay their term deposit investments.

The event was nicknamed "Nduom Kum yen preko".

Customers dressed in red clothes wore placards with inscriptions such as "Nduom uses our money for cryptocurrency", "Mr. President, God watches", "You are a liar, Paa Kwesi", "Dr. Nduom reports money from the disabled (people) "and paraded in the main streets of Kumasi on Tuesday May 14, 2019.

Retired members said they could not provide for their basic needs.
