Confirming the incident, Issah Mohammed Contona, Prampram District Police Chief, Deputy Police Superintendent (DSP), told DAILY GUIDE that the deceased had received a call from a client who wanted to turn 80 USD 000 in cedis.

He pointed out that the three people, who gave the money to the deceased, were arrested but were released on bail after interrogation. The police chief said investigations were under way to bring the perpetrators of the heinous crime to justice. He was buried yesterday at Achimota Cemetery.
