DJ Black, chief executive officer of Tomtom Studios, said it was illegal to play Obrafuor's songs on commercial radio 20 years ago.
"It was illegal to play Obrafuor's songs on commercial radio at the time," said DJ Black in an interview broadcast by ABC News Ghana.
