For the ladies' challenge this week, the girls started to be attached to a giant heart. They had to unravel themselves, then rush to their suitcase. The suitcase had a problem of written relationship, chosen by the boys. Once the luggage is open, they will find a key inside that will open the chastity belt around their waist. The laureate receives an individual spa appointment with the single person of his choice.
Marissa Lucchese's luggage reads trust issues and Alysse Joyner is too shy. The boys have the feeling that Suzi Baidya is afraid to be true and that Holly Gurbisz lives in a fairy tale. Derryn Paige's baggage has declared herself immature and Elle Wilson also has confidence issues. They said that Maria Elizondo had unhealed emotional wounds and that Nikki Hall suffered from abandonment problems. Brittnay Dawson's luggage said she was afraid of taking risks because she had a child.
Nikki beat the other girls by a long shot and chose Pauly D for the date at the spa. While on the spa date, Pauly D admitted to having real connections with Nikki, but still wants to get to know others. And he does not see the madness in her that the other girls claim to be witnesses.

Singles recognize at the end of the game that she is not her child. While all the girls laughed, Holly told the confessional that she was a little upset that it was not Amabelle.
Who came home during episode 9 of "Double Shot at Love"?
Pauly D and Vinny tell the women that two of them, instead of the usual, will leave by taxi at the end of the night. Holly and Marissa were in the first two places and decided to send Holly home. The boys carried her luggage to the taxi and explained that they saw her more as a family member than as a girlfriend.
Alysse and Brittnay were the last two. Although Vinny and Alysse have spent time snuggling on the couch, he still feels shy. Pauly D said Brittnay must be more aggressive to spend time together. In the end, the boys decided to keep the two girls instead of continuing the elimination.
Next week, they'll take the seven best girls on a private jet to a DJ Pauly D concert in Texas. They also go to Staten Island and visit Vinny's favorite pizzeria and dog.
