Heavy rains caused flooding of several places in Accra
The National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) confirmed the deaths of three people during Wednesday's heavy shower in Accra.
According to NADMO, even though there might be more damage related to the torrential rain, they do not expect to record more deaths.

Addressing Starr News, NADMO's national spokesperson, George Ayisi, said his team had traveled through the various disaster-prone areas to badess the extent of the damage.
"After yesterday's rains, our men went around the table, went to 28 places and reported deaths at two of those places.
"In the group of schools in Accra, a man and a son stood behind the school wall and, unfortunately, because of the amount of water that had entered the school. wall, the wall has collapsed and, unfortunately, the man and the son are dead.
"There was another one in Adenta and the police also transmitted the body, but we have not yet obtained any details about it."
He said the organization was well placed to badist in evacuations as rains prepare to settle.
