Transfer from Philippe Coutinho: PSG plans to steal the Barcelona flop in front of Chelsea

Paris Saint-Germain would be ready to sell two players to finance the move of the Barcelona flop Philippe Coutinho.

Coutinho had a difficult season with the Catalan giants and even witnessed some of his hues performances with Barca's support.

The Brazilian arrived at camp Nou from Liverpool last January for a contract that could reach 142 million pounds if various clauses are respected.

But Barca is ready to hit the price he has paid and sell it for £ 89 million, according to the Spanish AS outlet.

The fees could be a stumbling block for Parisians, but sales of Edinson Cavani and Thomas Meunier, who have several suitors, would finance the move for Coutinho.

Manchester United leads the race among Premier League clubs interested in Meunier, while Cavani could also appeal to his six-year stay in the French capital.

The Barca will save £ 17 million by selling Coutinho this summer, with substantial costs for Merseyside as it counts 100 matches for the Blaugrana.

Chelsea was strongly linked to a move for Coutinho, but the situation of management at Stamford Bridge is still unclear.

In addition, the Blues will be banned any transfer this summer, unless their recourse against the prohibition to buy players is a success.

Coutinho has scored 21 goals in 75 appearances since his stint in Barcelona.

He has won two titles in La Liga and Copa del Rey.
