Prime Minister Yaw Osafo-Marfo is the chair of the committee.
Senior Minister Yaw Osafo Maafo, Minister of Information Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Ms. Oboshie Sai Cofie, Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta were part of the 20-member committee team that produced the document filled with errors for Ghana Beyond Aid.
Oppong Nkrumah and Oboshie Sai-Cofie, confronted with their experiences in the media sector before moving to the political space, hoped at least that they would produce freight with errors.
Ms. Oboshie Sai Cofie is a consultant to the Ghana Beyond Aid Communications Department.
Some of the Ghanaians blamed the committee members after apologizing for using a Kenyan photo for the cover page of the Ghana Charter beyond help.
They questioned the type of supervision exercised before a copy was given to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for it to be launched in May.
Some Ghanaians who also turned to social media asked if no one out of the 20 members of the committee was able to detect the mistake that caused a huge embarrbadment to the nation, stating that their incompetence is unforgivable.
The furious social media commentators wondered if the senior minister, chair of the committee, was reading and signing before it was launched.
Committee members include: Hajia Alima Mahama, Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Ignatius Baffour Awuah, Minister of Labor and Employment Relations, Prof. Gyan-Baffour, Minister of Planning, and Dr. Yaw Ansu, Senior Policy Advisor, Ministry of Finance.
