Hello, fitness enthusiast.
I want to challenge everyone to take proactive steps to maintain health and an active quality of life by staying slim, feeding your body, building strong and flexible muscles, staying stamina, supporting performance brain, to nourish a strong heart, to maintain your balance and the construction of a functional body structure. These are all things that we can improve if we use concentration and just give a little more effort! In simple terms … having success in these areas starts with your decision to excel every day in this very important part of your life! Please, believe that adequate nutrition, vitamins, proper fluids, rest and exercise are as close as possible to the "Youth Fountain". When they are routinely performed together, it has been proven that they can reduce many risk factors for poor health badociated with aging.
It is easy to see that everyone ages a little differently. Many have much more physical difficulties, some live longer, others have a better quality of life, while many have air, feel and work much earlier than their number of years of birth. This is a very intriguing subject and many scientists are working hard to understand the differences and the reasons. I hope that someday they will find solutions that not only allow us to live longer, but at the same time, improve our quality of life during these living years. Less suffering and continued independence are some examples that are worth fighting for. I think most people would agree that living longer without being healthy is not desirable.
This is where my job as a fitness professional comes in! I want to challenge each of you to take your health seriously, as well as everything you learn from these articles, and apply it to your life every day! S informing about the importance of health, exercise and nutrition as a way of life for you and your family will make a major difference! And the best part is that it's something that each of us can do! And remember that aging is about everyone, young and old! Our goal is to do everything in our power, consistently, daily and early as early as possible, to prevent or reduce the onset of chronic diseases that affect our health as we get older.
Diabetes (sugar), emphysema, osteoarthritis (joints), cancer, and arteriosclerosis (artery problems) are some of the major chronic diseases contributing to poor health later in life. But the truth is that it starts much earlier than you think, and here is a general example for diabetes. It starts with an excess weight or is obese from 20 years old. When you turn 30, you have glucose intolerance, at age 40, you have developed a high blood sugar level, at age 50, it gets worse and you start taking medicine at age 60. After that, he may sink into blindness and end up with amputation at the age of 70. So you see … our daily lifestyle is one of our main defenses against chronic cycles that affect us negatively with age. Who knows, maybe, in the scenario above, if this 20-year-old had started adequate nutrition, reduced sugar intake, strengthened muscles, improved metabolism / fat burning, and performed cardiovascular activities … it could have reduced or prevented diabetes, and enjoyed a more active quality of life for a growing number of years. Unfortunately, as we age, we often live too long without being healthy. We must try to reverse this!
What are you saying? Let's leave the control and responsibility of our own lives and act against it today. All we have to do is adopt strategies that keep us healthy and follow them as a way of life. With the help of scientific research and in close collaboration with our health professionals, do some exercise, eat healthy and stay slim … I am convinced that we can not only live longer, but also maintain and benefit from a better quality of life. during these living years!
