Danny Dyer did not look happy tonight while Phillip Schofield made a joke about him at tonight's British Soap Awards.
The actor of EastEnders, 41, did not smile and his host, Phil, ransacked it live.
This may not have been the best idea, given that Danny had gone astray at the ceremony last year, just days after his daughter Dani entered the villa.
Tonight, Phil started the show by making jokes about various soap stars in the audience.
He quickly turned to Danny, who looked pale when his name was mentioned.
After talking to Jack P. Shepherd about his new character's barber, Trim Up North, Phil said, "We've also been joined by Danny Dyer, from the EastEnders, who is said to be a big fan of Trim. Down South. "
After doing the joke, he tried to get an answer from the soap star, saying, "Is not it Danny?"
When the actor failed to answer, he giggled while Danny was turning to the person sitting next to him, ignoring Phil.
Spectators were left puzzled, with a comment: "Danny's dyers do not think he likes this joke, Phil #soapawards."
Another commented, "What's going on with the mug Danny Dyer crabbit # soapawards2019 #SoapAwards?"
A third commented, "Danny Dyer is a miserable #SoapAwards turf."
Tonight's ceremony was broadcast live from the Lowry Theater in Manchester. Among the contestants tonight were Danny Dyer, Jack P. Shepherd, Alison King and Stephanie Davis.
Coronation Street hopes to win the title of Best Soap after triumphing at the awards last year.
